Lightweight anodised aluminium damper pulley

The modified design of this pulley was created in 2010 by Mespiecesauto to achieve a real weight saving, as far off-centre as possible.

The original pulley weighs about 2100 grams and the aluminium pulley 785 grams — 1.3 kg less.

This weight saving has a multiplier effect given the angular acceleration of the pulley. The faster the pulley accelerates, the greater the benefit of the weight saving, a bit like the well-known G-force.
