Mespiecesauto.com is an online sales site; as such, all items on this site carry an availability indicator, and a lead-time indication is also provided to keep you as informed as possible.
The items sold on mespiecesauto.com are strictly reserved for competition use and not permitted on open roads.

Mespiecesauto.com undertakes to do everything possible to deliver the order as quickly as possible, as soon as the order form is received and paid.
An estimated delivery date will be given. From 7 working days after that date, you are entitled to request a full refund of your order.
You have 60 days to make this request (art. R114-1 of the French Consumer Code).

Mespiecesauto.com is released from its delivery obligation in all cases of unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure. By way of example, total or partial strikes, floods and fires are cases of force majeure.

Shipments are made Monday to Friday (except public holidays).

Checking your goods on delivery (non-Colissimo):
For all deliveries, parcels must be opened and checked in the carrier's presence.
Damaged or "suspect" parcels must be refused, with the reason for refusal noted on the carrier's delivery slip.
If you accepted the delivery and nevertheless notice a transport-related anomaly after the carrier has left, please follow the provisions of this article of the law:
Article L.133-3: "Receipt of the transported goods extinguishes any action against the carrier for damage or partial loss if, within three days, not including public holidays, following that of receipt, the recipient has not notified the carrier, by extrajudicial act or registered letter, of their reasoned claim".
Checking your Colissimo on delivery:
Home delivery: the postman will refuse to open the parcel for checking. You must therefore refuse any parcel with damaged packaging, even if it does not look serious. You will then need to go that evening or the next day to the relevant post office to check the contents in front of the clerk and refuse or accept it
Collecting the parcel at the post office counter: it is essential to check the goods inside the post office premises, even if the packaging box is in good condition.
Article L.133-3 of the French Commercial Code also applies to La Poste for any anomaly noted after delivery or receipt of the goods.
Prix de vente:
Prices are displayed inclusive of all taxes. The price includes postal shipping costs.
The customer undertakes to pay the sale price in force at the time the order is registered. Payment for the order is due in advance in a single payment
Frais de port:
All our prices include shipping for mainland France (Corsica included). The DOM-TOM flat rate does not cover shipments of shock absorbers.
For all shipments to the French overseas territories or abroad, please contact Mespiecesauto.com, which will reply within 24 hours (working days).
Right of withdrawal:
An estimated delivery date is given when you order (excluding made-to-measure gaskets). If it is exceeded by more than 7 days without your order being delivered, you may cancel your order unconditionally. Simply

A refund will be made within 30 days.
Example: order placed and paid on 1/02 with an estimated date of 3/02. If your delivery has not arrived by 10/02, you are entitled to request the cancellation of your order and therefore its full refund.
In addition, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of your order under the distance-selling withdrawal rules (Hamon law).
Example: an order placed on 01/02, deliverable on 10/02 — from 01/02 to 08/02 inclusive, the law entitles you to request cancellation of your order without justification.
Returned parts must not have been fitted and must reach us without any traces of fitting, in their original packaging.
Any refund relating to a return caused by an error on Mespiecesauto's part or a quality defect in the parts received will, within the legal time limits, be sent to you after the goods have actually been returned to our premises, by cheque within a maximum of 30 days.
For orders of parts on an exchange basis (remanufactured as new), the words "shipping included" cover only shipping from G.T to the customer, not transport from the customer to G.T plus transport from G.T to the customer
No refund is possible for parts made to measure at the customer's request, in particular cylinder head gaskets. Each gasket is made to order, to the customer's specifications (cylinder bore, thickness, model); consequently no return is possible.
For an order for a part in production, indicated in the description by "production in progress" or "pre-production", the estimated date shown automatically on the screen before payment is not correct. The estimated date is generally also given in the item description. A reduced price is applied to productions in progress.
A refund request is possible at any time before receipt of the item, and after receipt of the item within the legal time limits.
Retour: If an item does not suit you, you have 14 days after receiving it to return it to us, in accordance with the Hamon law. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with no traces of fitting or other deterioration.
A refund of your purchase amount will be made within a maximum of 14 days, less the non-refundable shipping costs of the order.

In the event of a shipping error (wrong item, for example), the company's liability is limited to covering the return of the item and sending the correct item (subject to stock). No other compensation may be claimed.
Garantie:
Mespiecesauto undertakes to replace any item with an identical new item sold on its site, if the defect is confirmed after return, within one year of receipt of the order.

Mechanical spare parts must be replaced by a practising professional: a garage or dealership, which is required to follow the methodology and technical specifications recommended by the manufacturer or dictated by the mechanical characteristics of the part: tightening sequences and torques – tensions (Nm), strength, material.
Competition parts are not permitted on open roads; improper installation or use can cause damage.
In the event of a warranty claim on parts, an invoice for the fitting will be requested
Personal data protection:
All the data you entrust to us is used to process your orders.
Under law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on data processing, files and freedoms, you have the right, via Mespiecesauto customer service, to access, consult, modify, rectify and delete the data you have provided to us.
Litige:
Any order placed implies the customer's full and unrestricted acceptance of Mespiecesauto's General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Any dispute relating to the sale (price, T&Cs, product…) will be governed by French law.
Conclusion du contrat
Orders placed are binding on the customer as soon as our customer service receives the order and its payment.
Deposits paid are non-refundable. The order must be completed and cannot be cancelled.
Ownership of the products delivered or to be delivered is withheld until full payment of the price by the customer, without affecting the transfer of risk.
IMPORTANT: orders placed in "pre-production" (production in progress), i.e. for parts not yet in stock, have an indicative and variable delivery date. This is because a production contingency can arise and slightly alter the lead time. You may exercise your right of withdrawal for this part, but Mespiecesauto cannot be held liable for events caused by this delay.
