Silicon hose have a greater resistance to temperature, heat, and pressure

Silicon can resist temperateur up to 250°C
Original hose got external layer to resist pressure, but unfortunately rubber crack and it create lots of leaks
The consequence is a bad efficiency of the engine, and slowly destroy turbocharger
