This complete set includes all the top and bottom-end gaskets needed to rebuild the Cléon 1,397 cm³ engine of the Renault 11 Turbo.
Specially developed for the C1J and C2Jengines, this set, made by Glaser / Reinz provides optimal engine sealing compliant with Renault’s original specifications.

Metrology advice – R11 Turbo
We recommend a complete and precise metrology. Many problems arise on this engine because this procedure is not followed. Find everything in the Cléon engine manual.
No checks: common risks
- Camshaft bearings/bores not checked → reduced oil pressure.
- Liner protrusion not set → external leak at the head gasket.
Record your measurements with our metrology sheet.
Absolutely avoid
- Fitting a steel camshaft : prefer a cast-iron camshaft or a reground original.
- The oil pump repair kits : ineffective in practice.
Engine builds
Always use:
- A certified GS700 cast iron liner.
- A reinforced-ring head gasket (depending on the boost and the type of turbo).
